Formed in South London late 2009, Dead Social Club are a post-punk-inspired, six-piece new wave indie band. With radio play on BBC6 introducing, BBC London, Absolute radio, Phantom FM and Amazing Radio as well as filling the airwaves in the USA, France, Ireland, Canada, Taiwan and the Netherlands DSC have achieved some decent and far reaching coverage to date.

DSC have played to large crowds; with Foals, s support to Bloc Party (at the London Scala) and many summer festivals during 2011 – the highlight being the 3,000 capacity Conincx Pop Festival in Holland with The Crookes and Boxer Rebellion.

…..since then DSC have played some great headline shows in London (at the UK Burning Man Party and Oxjam Brick Lane Music Festival in particular) and plan to really hit the summer festival season hard in 2012 with plenty of bookings already confirmed, as well as heading into the studio with a small independent label to release a new single in the spring time 2012.

“A fantastic track from the South London band”
Tom Robinson, BBC6 Introducing

“Let Love Die: Electronica track with a new wave feel. Very impressively put together – the chorus is particularly strong and memorable”
Sarah Champion, Absolute Radio
